| GIFTED & TALENTED Step Ahead The Step Ahead Program is a 5 week after school program that gives students the opportunity to follow an interest or develop a talent in a specific area. Courses are selected to give students a wide range of choice as well as challenging the student to reach their potential as a learner. Courses offered include the following: • robotics • digital photography • food technology • visual arts • musical theatre workshop • cooking • pottery • mask making • creative writing • ceramics • science Multi-age Classes When the need to form a multi-age class arises, we take the opportunity to form classes comprising academically able students. In this way, for that particular year, students of similar abilities are able to form a cohort.
